To confirm your booking on Yayavari Experience, an advance payment is required.
The remaining balance must be paid directly to the homestay host upon check-in.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are strictly non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
3. Check-in & Check-out Policies
Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
4. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct
As our homestays are located in the holy city of Mahakal, we kindly request all guests to strictly refrain from alcohol consumption, smoking, and non-vegetarian food inside the premises.
Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful environment and respect the local culture and neighborhood.
Any damage caused to the property or its belongings by the guest will be billed directly to the guest before check-out.
5. Right to Refusal
The host reserves the right to refuse accommodation if guests fail to provide valid ID proofs, exhibit unruly behavior, or violate the property's core policies (e.g., bringing prohibited items).
In such cases of refusal due to policy violation, no refunds will be provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
Yayavari Experience acts as a booking platform connecting guests with verified local hosts. We are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.
We are not responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions).
